Welcome to Washington Lifeline Free Government Smartphones and Free Government Cell Phones Page!

Washington has been doing better lately in terms of poverty. The share of Americans living in poverty here has dropped by 1%, and, as of 2016, it is 12.2%. Albeit, this news doesn’t help 857,000 Washingtonians who still have their family earnings below the poverty threshold. It is a reflection of high-income inequality that has been in a dormant state all over the nation.  Suppose you are one of the underprivileged Washingtonians, have a low income, and participate in some kind of government-assisted program. In that case, it is highly likely you can apply for a free phone from the government through the Washington Lifeline assistance program.
